Merak Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Capital Formation Manager This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to secure capital for our diverse investment ventures You will work closely with senior leadership and investment teams to identify funding opportunities build relationships with potential investors and manage the fundraising process
- Proven track record in capital raising, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of various investment vehicles and capital markets.
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is aplus.
