Specialist - Motor Pricing

We're looking for a curious, analytically minded pricing specialist to join our pricing team. You'll help build, refine, and monitor the pricing models that sit behind our products, turning large volumes of data into insight that shapes real commercial decisions.

This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys getting into the detail of data and models—understanding why the numbers move, not just what they are. You'll be supported to develop deep expertise in pricing and to grow your skills across the pricing toolkit we use over time.

• Build, refine, and maintain technical and retail pricing models, using generalized linear models (GLMs).
• Use the WTW pricing suite:
  Emblem & Radar.
• Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SAS, SQL, and Excel to support pricing analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance—loss ratios, conversion, retention, mix, and volumes—and flag emerging trends to the wider team.
• Support periodic rate reviews and ad hoc pricing investigations, presenting clear findings to pricing managers and stakeholders.
• Help implement and test rate changes, ensuring accuracy through robust checking, reconciliation, and documentation.

• A degree in a numerate discipline, for example, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or economics.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability, with sound understanding of statistical concepts.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL and Excel, or clear evidence of the aptitude to pick them up quickly.
• High attention to detail and a methodical, accuracy-focused approach to data.
• The ability to explain technical results clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with the WTW pricing suite (Emblem, Radar) or comparable pricing software.
• Prior experience in general insurance pricing.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and pricing regulations.
• Exposure to machine learning methods used in pricing, such as gradient boosting.
