Position: Sr. Specialist -  Food Safety & Hygiene

The Sr. Associate - Food Safety & Hygiene ensures compliance with food safety regulations, conducts inspections, and verifies supplier certifications. This role supports the implementation of food safety systems and promotes hygiene standards across SEVEN's attractions and cinemas.

Functional Accountabilities Food Safety and Hygiene Compliance

• Ensure all food and beverage operations within SEVEN’s Attractions and cinemas comply with relevant food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
• Implement and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in all operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene standards and regulations.

Sustainability and Environmental Impact

• Verify that suppliers hold relevant certifications, such as ISO and other food safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure suppliers meet food safety standards.
• Support the implementation of hygiene protocols and standards.
• Conduct audits and assessments to maintain consistent hygiene practices across sites.

Staff Awareness and Training Support

• Assist in training staff on food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ensure staff are informed about relevant safety guidelines and procedures.

Knowledge & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutrition or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or equivalent is preferred

Professional Certifications

• Professional certificate in Food Safety Level 3 and above, ISO 22000 Lead, and HACCP Level3 Certification is preferred

Required Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in similar entities is preferred.
