Building No. 20 plays an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting the hospital’s mission of excellence, innovation, and compassion in healthcare

• Attends to patients/families; responds to their inquiries and complaints; liaises with concerned Departments to ensure satisfactory solutions.
• Performs daily round in assigned area and acts on patients’ requests as needed.
• Assists Patient Relations staff when needed.
• Advocates for the patients’ rights to obtain optimum required services.
• Administers patient satisfaction survey and inputs data in the electronic database. Utilizes feedback to facilitate system improvements to better meet patient needs.
• Attends to patients’ requests via the IPA ticketing system and outreach requests. Distributes requests to the staff concerned.
• Collects and inputs relevant data pertaining to issues and findings.
• Acts as needed to cover various functions of Patient Relations as the need arises.
• Provides patients/families with feedback on issues of concern.
• Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
• Follows all Hospital’s related policies and procedures.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Social Services, Psychology, Hospital Administration, Public Relations, or other related discipline is required.

Experience

Required:

No experience with Bachelor’s, or one (1) year of related experience with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
