Job PurposeAs a National Key Account Manager - Oncology, you will manage GSK's Oncology and Hematology portfolio across key accounts in the Kingdom, ensuring timely delivery of innovations to patients and institutions. You will establish strong relationships with external stakeholders to achieve GSK's ambition for patients and drive uptake for new Oncology launches.
Key Responsibilities- Team
Collaboration:- Act as a strong team player within the Oncology team, exemplifying GSK leadership values of courage, accountability, development, and teamwork.
- Stakeholder Relationships:
- Build and maintain partnerships with institutional stakeholders, private hospitals, and pharmacy chains.
- Map key decision-makers, understand their objectives, and address barriers.
- Develop tailored value propositions and negotiate win/win agreements.
- Account Management:
- Ensure product availability to meet demand.
- Monitor the ordering and delivery process end-to-end.
- Develop Annual Strategic Account Plans and contribute to R&A for Gross-to-Net improvement.
- Measure customer satisfaction and uphold in-field coaching standards.
- Brand Strategy Execution:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute commercial plans for brands.
- Work with distributors to monitor stock levels and meet regional demand requirements.
- Align with commercial operations and supply teams for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Drive the launch of new brands within key accounts.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor risks like expiries and promptly alert cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all activities comply with related SOPs, GSK policies, and local regulations.
- Maintain annual certification aligned with GSK standards and local requirements.
- Demonstrate excellence in disease and product knowledge to lead with science.
- Meet commercial KPI expectations and provide market intelligence reports.
- Utilize GSK systems (eSIMs, Uniflow, etc.) effectively to track stock, expiries, and hospital introduction status for new launches.
- Pharmacist with a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Commercial acumen and analytical proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Negotiation, forecasting, and planning expertise.
- Experience in SAM, VAM, or KAM roles (preferred).
- Oncology experience is a plus.
- Saudi nationals preferred.
