Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager – Outpatient Medical Center About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle of our multidisciplinary outpatient medical facility. The role ensures accurate billing, smooth claims processing, payer compliance, and strong cash flow across all service lines.

• Lead end-to-end RCM operations: registration, coding, billing, claims, collections & reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CCHI, NHIC, and payer regulations.
• Manage insurance relationships and pre-authorization processes.
• Oversee coding accuracy (ICD‑10, CPT) for imaging, laboratory, radiotherapy & clinic services.
• Reduce denials, improve clean‑claim rate, and optimize AR days.
• Provide RCM performance reports and insights to management.
• Lead and develop RCM, billing, and approvals teams.

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years RCM experience in KSA healthcare (outpatient experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of KSA insurance ecosystem, coding standards, and HIS/RIS/LIS systems.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
