Sales​/Collection Representative

Responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring effective revenue collection across assigned territories within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with strategic healthcare customers, maintaining financial discipline in collections, and driving sustainable account performance within leading pharmaceutical market environments. The position requires strong regional market knowledge, particularly within the Central Area, and the ability to manage high-value institutional accounts.

• Manage and grow relationships with key healthcare accounts, purchasers, and institutional stakeholders.
• Oversee and execute the full collection cycle, ensuring timely payments and adherence to company financial policies.
• Maintain strong engagement with major hospitals and pharmacy chains within assigned territories.
• Monitor account performance, payment trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues, contract discrepancies, and account escalations.
• Strengthen market presence and credibility through consistent customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, payment tracking, and reporting.
• Support territory expansion and account penetration strategies where applicable.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in key account management and collection roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience working with leading pharmaceutical companies
• Strong established relationships with purchasers and key institutional accounts in the Central Region.
• Demonstrated experience handling major healthcare customers
