Area Manager - Sports Medicine

What will you be doing?This role is responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved like marketing, sales, and customer support.
Success factors- Maintain an efficient and effective marketing force within the territory.
- Recommend specific sales & marketing strategies to capitalize on territorial opportunities and competitive threats.
- Maintain strong personal relationships with key surgeons.
- Accountable for positive corporate representation with the community and customers.
- Provide training and development support to Sales Representatives in distributors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical sales and/or management.
- The ability to communicate both in English and Arabic.
