المسؤوليات الرئيسية
بصفتك مندوب/ة دعاية طبية، ستقوم بـ:
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات موثوقة مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لدعم احتياجات مرضاهم.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات المنطقة باستخدام تواصل فعّال ومواد معتمدة.
- إجراء مناقشات علمية واجتماعات جماعية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لمشاركة الرؤى والمعرفة.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة في الوقت المناسب حول اتجاهات السوق ورؤى العملاء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
- ضمان التزام جميع الأنشطة بسياسات الشركة والأنظمة المحلية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- إدارة موارد الشركة بمسؤولية وتحسين الاستفادة منها.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Medical Representative who will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. The primary focus of this role is to deliver impactful solutions that support healthcare professionals in improving patient health outcomes. Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Representative, you will:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals to support their patients’ needs.
- Deliver territory strategies using effective communication and approved resources.
- Conduct scientific discussions and group meetings with healthcare professionals to share insights and knowledge.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Manage company resources responsibly and optimize their use.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Saudi National.
- A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- A valid SCFHS license as a certified pharmacist in Saudi Arabia.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role engaging with healthcare professionals (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following are an advantage:
- Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Knowledge of sales and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A valid driving license.
