Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) / IVD
Job Purpose:
Responsible for achieving sales targets and managing product and service delivery by delivering integrated diagnostic solutions (IDS), including instruments, reagents, and lab workflow solutions across Immunology, Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Core Lab & Quality Control.
Key Activities:- Present and sell integrated diagnostic solutions to existing and potential clients
- Promote lab solutions including instruments, reagents, and workflow optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare customers
- Prepare sales reports including activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate market insights
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internally to achieve sales objectives
- Achieve sales targets and monitor stock levels
- Stay updated on competitors and market trends
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory sciences or clinical chemistry
- 2–3 years of experience in IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) sales
- Strong knowledge of laboratory solutions (Immunology, Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry preferred)
