Livestock Specialist (Contract, English Speaking) for Indian Nationals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Livestock Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with proficiency in English and a passion for the livestock industry.

• Conduct research on various livestock species, their breeding, feeding, and care techniques
• Develop and implement efficient animal management strategies to ensure optimal health and productivity of livestock
• Provide guidance and support to farmers on best practices for raising and caring for livestock
• Monitor herd health and identify any potential diseases or issues
• Oversee the nutrition program of livestock, ensuring they receive proper feed and supplements according to their specific needs
• Collaborate with veterinarians to address any health concerns or emergencies
• Keep accurate records of animal health, production, breeding, and other important data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in livestock farming techniques

• Must be an Indian national with legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working with livestock (experience with dairy cattle is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, breeding, and health management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work long hours when necessary
