- Promote BMS cardiovascular brands through appropriate delivery of scientific message to the Health Care Professionals.
- Maintain a high level of disease expertise and product knowledge.
- Understand the treatment landscape including mapping of HCPs and prepare to address their information needs.
- Understand knowledge and care gaps in territory and implement educational programs to address HCP needs.
- Prepare and successfully implement a comprehensive territory plan as per the agreed metrics and KPIs.
- Define and prioritize customer targets by conducting proper profiling and segmentation.
- Ensure ultimate accountability for achieving results of mutually agreed business objectives by identifying and managing customers within distinct segments and execute tailored plans.
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts; i.e. KOLs, physicians and pharmacists, in order to position BMS as a strategic partner.
- Demonstrate deep marketplace ,therapeutic ,product and disease expertise based on thorough understanding of disease area.
- Effectively prepare for presentation and discussion of information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, while ensuring medical accuracy.
- Develop account business plans that meets market and customer business needs
- Support formulary enlisting process. Initiate, develop and implement tactical plans for scaling up products penetration in coordination with the access, medical, marketing teams and ensure products’ availability to all potential prescribers & Accounts.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional team members to identify and resolve customer needs appropriately and with high sense of urgency.
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights back to the internal team to be actioned in support of the strategy development.
- Understand & develop Patient Journey per hospital to identify access barriers and facilitate the formulary enlisting.
- Build strong working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders in order to fully understand HCPs challenges and concerns in a complex access environment.
- Deliver scientifically meaningful programs regarding the diseases and ensure flawless execution of activities to support overarching plan.
- Support pre-launch and launch activities of new products as and when needed.
- Works to the highest levels of integrity and compliance, adhering to BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times &ensure full compliance with laws, regulations.
- Saudi National with valid SCFHS license only.
- Pharmacist with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Recommended to have 3+ years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company including speciality care brands experience.
- Cardiovascular experience is strongly preferred.
- Having a diversified experience in governmental and private health care system.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively cross-functionally and independently.
- Demonstrates capacity to acquire scientific information.
- Very good knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting process.
- Resources allocation expertise working with multiple customer segments.
- Proven experience of working with Thought Leaders and experts in their field.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with internet and e-mail.
