This role is focused on providing comprehensive fertility care, improving success rates of assisted reproductive techniques, and enhancing patient experience. The position contributes to the growth of reproductive medicine services and ensures delivery of high-quality, ethical clinical care.

• Conduct detailed fertility assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform IVF procedures including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and sperm preparation
• Monitor treatment cycles using ultrasound and hormonal evaluations
• Interpret diagnostic results and provide evidence-based clinical recommendations
• Collaborate with embryologists, obstetricians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients about procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
• Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and ART technologies
• Train and guide junior staff including nurses and embryology teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

• Medical degree with board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IVF and advanced reproductive procedures
• Expertise in ICSI, embryo biopsy, and assisted reproductive technologies
• Eligibility for SCFHS licensure in Saudi Arabia
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-demand fertility centers
