To provide clinical leadership for the Integrated Care Center (ICC), ensuring delivery of high quality, safe, and patient centered care.

Experience

Required:

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-specialty ambulatory care settings
• Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety programs
• Experience leading accreditation processes (CBAHI, JCI, or equivalent national/international standards)

Education

Qualifications:

• Medicine and Surgery

Skills Required:

• Clinical leadership and decision making
• Familiarity with MOH regulatory frameworks, healthcare policies, and licensing requirements
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and governance
• Risk management and problem solving
• Strong judgement, professionalism and ethical practice

Languages: Fluent Arabic and English languages
