The Role of the Airport GreeterAs an Airport Greeter, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all arriving guests with flight details are paged and promptly assisted with their luggage and transportation needs. You play a crucial role in providing a seamless and hassle‑free experience for travelers as they step foot into the airport. By actively monitoring flight schedules and coordinating with the relevant departments, you ensure that guests are met upon arrival, making them feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they disembark.
Your keen attention to detail allows you to accurately identify guests based on their provided flight details and communicate any changes or delays to the appropriate personnel.
Assisting guests with their luggage is an important task that requires both physical strength and excellent customer service skills. By taking care of their belongings, you help alleviate any stress or fatigue they may be feeling after a long journey. Furthermore, your knowledge of transportation options enables you to provide accurate information and guidance on how guests can reach their desired destinations efficiently.
Your role as an Airport Greeter extends beyond simply assisting with luggage and transportation. Your friendly demeanor creates a positive first impression for visitors, setting the tone for their entire travel experience. By going above and beyond in ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their airport journey, you contribute significantly to overall customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills- Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons Hotel Standard at all times
- Must be willing to perform shift work
- Experience of one year in the hotel industry
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
