What We need from you:
- Excellent communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be approachable and easy to talk to
- Strong problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with great memories
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus but not essential
- Literacy and tech-savviness – good reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills are required
