Join the Gathern team as a Host Relations Associate. You will build strong relationships with our hosts, onboard new hosts, resolve conflicts, and coordinate operations to deliver a positive hosting experience.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts, serving as their main point of contact.
- Onboard new hosts and support them in setting up listings and managing profiles.
- Respond to host inquiries and provide guidance and resources.
- Mediator in resolving conflicts or issues between hosts and guests.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in host relations.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
