At Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, the Team Leader will assist in overseeing daily operations within the Food & Beverage department. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment. The Team Leader will work closely with the F&B management team to meet performance goals, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Education: High school diploma required; equivalent diploma in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 0-1 years in the food and beverage industry, hospitality, or related field.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of inventory management, ordering procedures, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; food handling certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
