The Role of the Assistant Server – In‑Room Dining (IRD)As an Assistant Server in In‑Room Dining you play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibility is to support the IRD team in ensuring orders are prepared, delivered, and presented efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will assist in setting up trays and trolleys, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring all guest requests are handled with care and professionalism.
Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential to creating a seamless dining experience within the comfort of our guests’ rooms.
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh enjoys a prime location in the heart of the capital, within the iconic 99‑storey Kingdom Tower. The property features 276 spacious and light‑filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.
Area of ResponsibilityIn‑Room Dining (IRD) – Food & Beverage Department
Knowledge and Skills- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of food service or related experience preferred
- Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
