The Role of the Assistant Server – In-Room Dining (IRD)As an Assistant Server in In‑Room Dining, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibility is to support the IRD team in ensuring orders are prepared, delivered, and presented efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
You will assist in setting up trays and trolleys, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring all guest requests are handled with care and professionalism. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential to creating a seamless dining experience within the comfort of our guests’ rooms.
A good understanding of our menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods will help you confidently respond to guest inquiries and support the team in providing personalized recommendations. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence will contribute to memorable guest experiences and reinforce our reputation for quality.

Knowledge and Skills- High school diploma or equivalent experience
