Perfect Household Staff are delighted to be assisting a prestigious private household based in the exclusive North Riyadh district of Hayat Al‑Malika in their search for an experienced and exceptionally well‑organised House Manager. The residence operates to the highest luxury hospitality standards, comparable to a five‑star hotel environment, and is supported by a dedicated team of household professionals, including butlers, a multi‑specialist kitchen brigade, drivers, housekeeping staff, and an on‑site medical team.
The household is shortly relocating to a magnificent new villa of approximately 2,000 square metres, making this an exciting opportunity for the right professional to play a pivotal role in establishing the standards and protocols of an exceptional new residence from the outset.
The successful candidate will oversee the smooth daily operations of the entire villa, manage the housekeeping department alongside the existing team leader, maintain comprehensive inventories of all high‑value materials and furnishings, and ensure the correct cleaning products and methodologies are applied to all luxury surfaces throughout the property. A confident and authoritative leader with a genuine understanding of luxury private household management is essential.
The position offers two accommodation packages – the first includes provided accommodation and transportation alongside a basic salary, whilst the second offers a comprehensive total package allowing the professional to manage their own arrangements independently.
Working Hours & DetailsType: Full‑Time, Live‑In or Live‑Out, Permanent
Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday as the designated rest day)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day with 1 hour break
Language: English (Arabic advantageous)
Location: North Riyadh, Hayat Al‑Malika, Saudi Arabia
Starting Date: As Soon As Possible (with an initial onboarding period in the current villa ahead of the relocation)
Duties Will Include- Overseeing the smooth and efficient daily operations of the entire villa to the highest luxury hospitality standards
- Managing, supervising, and supporting the housekeeping department alongside the existing housekeeping team leader
- Ensuring the correct cleaning products, chemicals, and methodologies are applied to all high‑value surfaces, luxury materials, woodwork, and specialist furnishings throughout the villa
- Coordinating and managing household events, gatherings, and dinner parties, including liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Managing staff schedules, daily task allocation, and performance standards across the household team
- Onboarding and inducting new household employees in line with the household's established protocols and standards
- Coordinating with all household departments including the kitchen brigade, butlers, drivers, and medical team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Liaising directly with the principal's personal assistant and ownership team to ensure all requirements are met efficiently and proactively
- 5+ years of private House Manager experience within a high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth household environment
- Previous experience working within Saudi Arabia or the wider Gulf region is highly advantageous
- Two excellent, checkable verbal references from previous private household or luxury hospitality employers
- Valid work permit and relevant documentation
- Strong knowledge of luxury cleaning products, specialist surface care, and high‑value material maintenance
