Join our dynamic team as a Stewarding Attendant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our food and beverage operations.

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all surfaces in kitchen and dining areas
• Operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment effectively
• Keep floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstructions
• Assist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils and equipment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
• Support the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Perform regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Assist in waste management and recycling initiatives
• Participate in deep cleaning schedules as required

• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
• Passion for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in operating various kitchen cleaning equipment
• Time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
• Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions accurately
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
