Lumera – International 5 Star Residence Hotel, located in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly experienced and professional Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and maintain international luxury hospitality standards. The selected candidate will lead operational teams, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the reputation of a premium residence hotel.

• Oversee daily hotel and residence operations
• Maintain international 5-star hospitality standards
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality
• Supervise staff performance and provide training
• Monitor operational budgets and financial performance
• Implement service improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and company policies

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
• Skills Required:

• At least 5 year(s)
