Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This role involves leading the food & beverage department to deliver exceptional service, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, cost control, and compliance with legislation.
Responsibilities- Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
- Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest enquiries.
- Deliver on plans and objectives so that food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
- Supervise the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
- Account for costs and inventory control, meeting productivity and performance targets.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Lead departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with all legislation and internal and external audit requirements.
- Experience in food & beverage service.
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands‑on approach and lead‑by‑example work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Creative problem‑solving skills to support the team where required.
- Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
