• Prepare and serve premium mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages using fresh ingredients and professional mixology techniques.
• Maintain consistent beverage preparation standards according to hotel recipes and service guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mocktail trends, beverage ingredients, and presentation techniques.
• Provide personalized beverage recommendations to enhance the guest dining and lounge experience.
• Deliver attentive guest service while maintaining a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar or lounge.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and feedback while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including equipment, tools, and glassware.
• Monitor beverage stock levels and assist in managing inventory to ensure sufficient supplies.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards required in hospitality beverage operations.
• Work closely with restaurant and food and beverage teams to support smooth daily service operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a refined and professional lounge environment aligned with luxury hotel standards.
• Support special events and guest activities hosted within the hotel bar and lounge areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, culinary, or beverage certification preferred.
• One to two years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or lounge environment.
• Strong knowledge of mocktail recipes, beverage preparation techniques, and flavor combinations.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of classic and modern non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and bar management procedures.
• Fluency in English required;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
