To develop and deliver training programs in Catering Services ensuring compliance with food safety standards and excellence in kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training programs on food production, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Develop and update training materials aligned with HACCP standards.
- Conduct assessments and support certification processes.
- Coordinate with Operations to identify training requirements.
- Maintain training documentation and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations.
- Expertise in HACCP and food safety standards.
- Experience in catering or hospitality training.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Catering, or a related field.
- 5‑8 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or training (training experience preferred).
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Communication skills.
- English required;
Arabic preferred. - Planning and organizational skills.
- Basic digital literacy.
