• Maintain guest rooms and hotel areas according to luxury hospitality cleanliness standards.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, and replenishing guest supplies.
• Inspect rooms and amenities to ensure all items are clean, functional, and properly arranged.
• Report guest requests, service needs, or maintenance issues to housekeeping supervisors promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and hotel housekeeping protocols to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Ensure proper storage and responsible use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff and other hotel departments to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Participate in daily housekeeping briefings and team coordination meetings.
• Conduct detailed room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to hotel housekeeping operations.
• Participate in safety training and operational improvement initiatives within the department.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or housekeeping staff in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a housekeeping team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations within Middle Eastern hotels.
