Job Scope
As an Executive Lounge Ambassador you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests utilizing the executive lounge facilities within a hotel or hospitality establishment. Your role involves providing personalized service, attending to guest needs, promoting guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere in the executive lounge.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Guest Reception and HospitalityWelcome guests to the executive lounge, provide personalized greetings, offer assistance with seating arrangements, and ensure a warm and hospitable reception. Anticipate guest needs, offer recommendations on lounge amenities, and provide attentive service to enhance guest experiences and foster a sense of exclusivity and comfort.
Guest Services and AssistanceAssist guests with inquiries, special requests, reservations, and arrangements for F&B services, transportation, local attractions, or other amenities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Act as a knowledgeable resource for guest information, hotel services, and local area insights, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Food and Beverage ServiceServe food and beverages to lounge guests, take orders, deliver menu items, and ensure timely and attentive service in accordance with guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and service standards. Collaborate with F&B staff, chefs, and bartenders to provide a curated dining experience, recommend menu selections, and deliver exceptional F&B service to meet guest expectations.
Ambassadorial DutiesRepresent the hotel brand, executive lounge concept, and service philosophy by embodying professionalism, elegance, and a customer‑centric approach in all guest interactions. Uphold brand standards, etiquette protocols, and service excellence to create a memorable and distinguished guest experience, foster guest loyalty, and promote a positive image of the executive lounge and the hotel.
Guest Engagement and Relationship BuildingEngage with guests, build rapport, establish connections, and cultivate relationships to create a personalized and memorable guest experience that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression. Solicit guest feedback, conduct service surveys, and follow up on guest preferences to tailor service offerings and continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Operational Support and CoordinationCollaborate with lounge attendants, servers, and management to ensure seamless operations, efficient service delivery, and adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and presentation aesthetics. Assist in setup, breakdown, and maintenance tasks, coordinate with support staff, and communicate guest preferences or service requirements to facilitate smooth operations and exceptional service.
Education & Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, guest services, or F&B operations is beneficial.
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, F&B service, or ambassadorial roles within the luxury hospitality industry, particularly in executive lounge environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and hotel staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional service experiences in an upscale lounge setting.
- Proficiency in F&B service procedures, guest service protocols, and operational tasks to support service efficiency, guest satisfaction, and service excellence in the executive lounge environment.
