Culinary Coordinator Luxury Hotel KAFD

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between the Executive Chef, kitchen teams and other hotel departments.
• Manage culinary office tasks: scheduling, menus, purchasing requests, HACCP documentation and filing.
• Support menu updates, recipe costing sheets, banquet event orders (BEOs) and special event planning.
• Track kitchen inventories, supplier orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date food safety, hygiene and HACCP records in line with hotel and regulatory standards.
• Prepare presentations, reports and internal communications for the Culinary Leadership.
• Assist with culinary trainings, team briefings and departmental projects.
• Uphold confidentiality, brand standards and professional communication at all times.

• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and menu recipe management systems.
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong teamwork and cross-department coordination abilities.
• Understanding of culinary terminology, production flow and basic kitchen operations.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Formal training or certification in food safety/HACCP (advantage).
• Strong administrative and organizational background with experience in hotel or F&B environments.
