• Manage daily hotel laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, sorting, linen distribution, uniform handling, and guest laundry service.
• Ensure all linen, towels, uniforms, table linen, and guest garments are cleaned, processed, and delivered according to hotel quality standards.
• Supervise laundry supervisors, attendants, pressers, sorters, and support staff to maintain smooth department workflow.
• Plan staff duties, shift schedules, daily production targets, and urgent laundry priorities based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
• Monitor laundry equipment, washing machines, dryers, pressing machines, and chemical usage to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect finished laundry items for cleanliness, stains, damage, correct folding, pressing quality, and presentation before delivery.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and uniform departments to ensure linen and laundry requirements are met on time.
• Maintain accurate laundry production records, linen inventory, uniform records, guest laundry reports, stock logs, and daily operational updates.
• Control laundry supplies, chemicals, linen movement, and department inventory to reduce waste and maintain cost efficiency.
• Train laundry staff on fabric care, stain removal, machine handling, hygiene standards, chemical safety, and hotel laundry procedures.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance requirements, damaged linen, missing items, and safety concerns to the relevant department.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, grooming, service, and operating standards.

• Indian male candidate required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Previous experience in 4 star or 5 star hotels is required.
• Good English speaking skills are required.
• Young, active, presentable, and responsible personality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel laundry management, linen control, uniform handling, guest laundry, fabric care, and stain treatment.
• Ability to lead laundry teams and maintain discipline during busy hotel operations.
