Scope

Leads and manages the operations of the Executive Lounge and Pool Bar ensuring exceptional guest experiences, seamless service, and adherence to luxury standards. Responsible for staff management, financial performance and operational excellence across both outlets.

Main

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership
    :
    Oversee daily operations of the Executive Lounge and Pool Bar ensuring smooth service and high standards of presentation and hospitality. Manage workflow, staffing, and coordination between outlets to deliver consistent luxury experiences. Develop and implement SOPs for both outlets, maintaining brand standards and service excellence.
  • Guest Experience & Service
    :
    Ensure all guests receive attentive, personalized, and memorable service. Handle VIP guest interactions, feedback, and service recovery professionally. Monitor service quality, presentation, and ambience across both outlets.
  • People Leadership
    :
    Recruit, train, mentor and manage staff across the Executive Lounge and Pool Bar. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team briefings. Foster a motivated, professional, and guest-focused team culture.
  • Financial & Administrative
    :
    Assist in budgeting, forecasting and achieving revenue targets for both outlets. Monitor costs, inventory, and stock control ensuring efficient operations and minimal waste. Prepare reports on sales, staff performance and operational KPIs.
  • Compliance & Standards
    :
    Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations. Maintain adherence to company policies, luxury brand standards and SOPs. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to uphold service and operational quality.
Education, Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in luxury hotel F&B operations, with outlet management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial, operational, and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.
