Job Scope
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, banquets, lounges and bars to ensure seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service quality, hygiene and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of a superior guest experience.
- Monitor workflow and service during peak periods, troubleshooting operational issues in real time.
- Support the Director of F&B in planning and implementing new concepts, menus and promotions.
- Assist in departmental budgeting, forecasting and cost control initiatives.
- Monitor revenues, margins and departmental expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze F&B sales reports, labor costs and operational efficiencies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate and develop outlet managers, supervisors and F&B teams to achieve high performance standards.
- Support recruitment, training, coaching and succession planning for all F&B staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals, regular feedback sessions and departmental meetings to maintain team alignment and morale.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and luxury service excellence.
- Ensure all F&B operations deliver exceptional personalized guest experiences in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
- Handle VIP guest interactions, complaints and service recovery professionally and promptly.
- Regularly assess guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams on promotions, special events and culinary experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations in all F&B areas.
- Conduct regular operational audits to verify adherence to brand standards, SOPs and legal requirements.
- Implement corrective actions promptly to maintain consistent service quality and operational safety.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and safety across all F&B outlets.
- Act as a key advisor to the Director of F&B on operational planning, departmental strategy and process improvements.
- Participate in long‑term planning including expansion, concept development and service enhancement projects.
- Support departmental reporting, KPI monitoring and presentation of performance metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor’s or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in luxury hotel F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large, diverse teams and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management systems.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is highly desirable. - Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
