• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel quality standards, service expectations, and daily room assignment requirements.
• Make beds, refresh linens, replace towels, replenish guest amenities, and organize room supplies with attention to detail.
• Clean bathrooms, guest room surfaces, floors, furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and assigned room areas thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, corridors, service areas, and other assigned hotel spaces.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and assist with housekeeping-related needs in a timely manner.
• Restock housekeeping carts with linen, cleaning supplies, amenities, and tools required for daily room servicing.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety hazards, lost items, or unusual findings to the supervisor.
• Follow company cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, hygiene rules, and security policies during all duties.
• Protect guest privacy, maintain confidentiality, and handle hotel property and guest belongings with care.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional throughout the shift.
• Maintain quality standards by checking work carefully before rooms or areas are released for guest use.
• Work independently while also supporting team members to complete daily housekeeping priorities.
• Move through guest floors, service areas, and hotel spaces to complete cleaning and support tasks efficiently.
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies correctly and safely.
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items as required during housekeeping duties.
• Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance when required by operational duties.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties requested by supervisors to support housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hotel operations, room attendant, or guest room service experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning, arranging rooms, checking supplies, and maintaining hotel presentation.
• Able to follow instructions, cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and service standards accurately.
• Comfortable working in an active role that requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, carrying, and moving during the shift.
• Good attitude toward guest service, teamwork, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Able to respond politely to guest needs and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to support housekeeping priorities across rooms and public spaces.
• Able to work in a luxury hotel environment where cleanliness, appearance, care, and consistency are essential.
