Director of Banquets
As the Director of Banquets you will be entrusted with both operational and financial responsibilities for the entire banquet operation. Your role will involve overseeing the overall organization, ensuring the implementation and consistency of company standards. With your expertise and leadership skills you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the banquets department, supervising banquet staff, coordinating with other departments and ensuring seamless execution of events.
Responsibilities include managing the entire banquet operation, ensuring high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. You will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage banquet operations, attend to detail and uphold company standards.

Hotel features 276 spacious rooms including 39 luxurious suites, three exceptional restaurant venues collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests, and event facilities with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms totaling 7213 square metres (77640square feet) of space, ideal for a wide range of events.
Areas of responsibility are Food & Beverage, Catering, SPA and Wellness. Our world‑class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room for female guests, a high‑end fitness centre and a team of 25 professionals dedicated to exceptional service.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Arabic & English.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
- Be a self‑motivator and a motivator of others.
- Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of wine.
- Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Have excellent communication and organization skills.
- Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our guests.
- Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and extensive service knowledge.
