The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for managing the laundry operations within the hotel, ensuring the efficient processing of all linens and guest laundry. This role emphasizes attention to detail and service excellence, aiming to uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional laundry services by maintaining high cleanliness standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction regarding laundry services.

• Supervise the laundry team, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to deliver high-quality service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on laundry techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.

• Oversee daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and garments.
• Monitor the performance of laundry staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure efficiency.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth communication regarding laundry needs and schedules.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the laundry team to discuss challenges, share feedback, and improve service delivery.

• Conduct regular inspections of laundered items to ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
• Identify and address any deficiencies promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations relevant to laundry operations.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and management software is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Local market experience and understanding of Middle‑Eastern hospitality preferences.
