We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Country Head KSA that will lead the franchise operations and growth of our hotel portfolio in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This pivotal role combines franchise operations, business development, and commercial performance leadership, ensuring our hotels deliver exceptional results across revenue, quality, guest experience, and brand standards. You will work closely with owners, franchise partners, and internal teams to drive sustainable growth and elevate brand presence across the region.
Key responsibilities can be defined in three main areas:
Operational Excellence- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with owners and franchise partners across the entire team to ensure key objectives are met in order to drive revenue, sustained hotel performance, consistent quality, operational excellence, legal compliance, brand engagement and new openings support.
- Drive hotel performance through data‑driven analysis, action planning, and regular business reviews.
- Conduct on‑site visits, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure execution of agreed plans.
- Support new hotel openings, ensuring they launch to brand expectations.
- Oversee brand compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery standards.
- Deliver training programs and support adoption of operational tools and brand initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction (OSAT/NPS), revenue performance, and compliance metrics.
- Support the Development Team in business development with a focus on nurturing relationships with existing and potential new business partners.
- Screen projects according to the overall development strategy for the Company within the wider EMEA region.
- Partner with Commercial colleagues to deliver brand contribution goals and objectives.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for hotel owners, management companies, and property leadership teams.

- Expand brand presence in Saudi Arabia by identifying and securing new franchise and management opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective owners and partners.
- Evaluate new projects in line with regional strategy, including feasibility assessments and due diligence.
- Support the approval process for new developments and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Partner with regional commercial teams to drive revenue growth and brand contribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve RevPAR performance and market positioning.
- Collaborate with hotel sales and revenue teams to implement targeted commercial strategies.
- Contribute to overall financial performance, including forecasting and budget alignment.
- Inspire and influence stakeholders through strong leadership and relationship management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Champion company values and initiatives, including sustainability and community engagement.

What we’re looking for Background- The candidate would ideally be a graduate with a Hospitality degree, or have equivalent demonstrable professional experience.
