• Support day‑to‑day stewarding operations within the hotel kitchen and food preparation areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen equipment, utensils, dishwashing areas, and food preparation surfaces
• Ensure all kitchen tools, cookware, and serving equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored correctly
• Assist in organizing kitchen resources and supplies to ensure smooth culinary operations
• Support kitchen teams during busy service periods by ensuring availability of clean equipment and utensils
• Monitor dishwashing operations and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures
• Assist with the maintenance and basic inspection of kitchen equipment and report any malfunction or damage
• Follow hotel hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures in accordance with hospitality industry standards
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow in the culinary department
• Maintain proper waste management and disposal practices within the kitchen areas
• Participate in training programs related to kitchen safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Contribute to a professional and supportive work environment through teamwork and communication

• Minimum one year of experience in stewarding, kitchen support, or food service operations within a hotel or restaurant
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and hygiene practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in high-volume kitchen environments
• Ability to work effectively as part of a kitchen team in a fast‑paced hospitality setting
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong work ethic with reliability and commitment to operational standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic English communication skills required;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage
