Operations & Sales Executive

Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Operations & Sales Executive to join their company in Riyadh. A leading residential hotel is seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to handle customer interactions, manage room bookings, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual fluency, and a proactive approach to covering inquiries into reservations.

• Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries
• Present and explain available apartments/rooms to potential clients
• Handle sales calls and convert leads into bookings
• Make reservations through hotel management systems
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Provide follow‑up support to clients and resolve service‑related issues
• Ensure accurate data entry and booking records

• Preference will be given to non‑Saudi applicants with relevant hospitality experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel reservations
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Ability to work long shifts (12 hours), 6 days per week
• Comfortable with computer systems and online booking platforms
