Position: Assistant (F&B) Manager

On Behalf of Our Clint , we are looking for Assistant (F&B) Manager.

Job Summary

The Assistant F&B Manager supports the overall delivery of high‑quality food and beverage services across all stadium venues. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, team supervision, quality control, and ensuring consistent service standards across events.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including concessions, VIP lounges, and hospitality suites.
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure timely setup and readiness before each event.
  • Coordinate with event planning, operations, and security teams to align service logistics.
  • Support in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising F&B team members.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards during events.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
  • Resolve on‑ground service issues, guest complaints, and last‑minute challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to implement upselling initiatives and promotional offerings.
  • Support in post‑event reporting and team debriefs to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial F&B role, ideally in a stadium or high‑volume event setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, local health regulations).
  • Ability to manage large teams under time pressure.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in POS and inventory systems.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays per event calendar.
