Main Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and implement the opening revenue strategy for Luxury Hotel
- Qiddiya including rate architecture, room type supplements, pricing fences, segment strategy and launch offers. Maximize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, total rooms revenue and overall profitability through disciplined pricing, inventory control, segmentation and demand analysis. Support total revenue management opportunities across Rooms, function space, Meetings & Events, F&B, Spa, leisure packages and ancillary revenue streams.
Monitor market trends, competitor performance, destination demand drivers, booking pace, pickup, lead time, cancellations and source-market performance. Translate market intelligence and business performance into clear commercial actions for hotel and cluster leadership.
Pricing, Inventory & Demand Management:
Lead dynamic pricing yielding room availability, function space inventory restrictions, minimum length of stay, closed-to-arrival controls, overbooking strategy and displacement analysis. Establish pricing recommendations across transient, corporate, government, leisure, wholesale, group, MICE, package and destination-linked demand. Coordinate pricing and inventory decisions where Qiddiya hotels share demand sources, event calendars, group leads, destination packages or owner-level commercial objectives. Protect rate integrity, brand positioning and long-term price confidence during opening ramp-up and low-demand periods.
Forecasting, Budgeting & Performance Management:
Prepare daily weekly monthly and annual revenue forecasts for Luxury Hotel
- Qiddiya and over time for Qiddiya Hotels. Support annual budgeting, business planning, reforecasting and long-range planning processes. Monitor performance against budget forecast, prior year or approved opening ramp-up assumptions, market benchmarks and owner-approved targets. Report and explain variances in occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue segment mix, channel mix, contribution and forecast accuracy. Maintain clear decision records for major pricing actions, forecast changes, group displacement decisions and exceptional approvals.
Distribution & Channel Management:
Manage distribution strategy across direct and indirect channels including brand website, booking engine, OTAs, GDS, TMCs, wholesalers, channel manager and other approved platforms. Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, room type consistency, package accuracy and booking rule integrity across all channels. Monitor channel production cost of acquisition, conversion, cancellation behavior, booking window and profitability. Identify opportunities to grow direct bookings and reduce avoidable distribution cost.
Partner with Digital and Marketing to improve online visibility, conversion, campaign performance and demand capture.
Reservations Management:
Oversee reservations performance and standards to ensure accuracy, efficiency, conversion and revenue optimization. Monitor booking quality conversion rates, call handling inquiry response, booking pace and reservation data accuracy. Implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives aligned with the revenue strategy. Ensure reservation procedures, market source coding and booking controls are aligned with approved revenue strategies.
Pre-Opening & Commercial Readiness:
Coordinate revenue and distribution setup during the pre-opening phase including PMS, CRS, RMS, channel manager, GDS, OTAs, Delphi and reporting tools as applicable. Validate rate loading room type mapping, market codes, source codes, package codes, restrictions and booking rules before go-live. Coordinate channel setup content loading availability pricing and package readiness with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Distribution and system vendors. Create and chair the opening revenue meeting cadence including weekly revenue meetings, reporting templates, forecast process and pricing decision logs.
Support commercial readiness reviews, owner updates and launch risk tracking linked to revenue, distribution and booking performance. Cluster and Future Growth:
Prepare the revenue function to expand from Luxury Hotel
- Qiddiya coverage to a cluster model as Qiddiya Hotels are onboarded. Develop a common Qiddiya revenue management framework while respecting each hotel’s brand positioning market role guest profile and rate hierarchy. Build scalable reporting across the portfolio including property-level and cluster-level views of ADR occupancy RevPAR total revenue channel mix business mix and forecast accuracy. Recommend future team structure roles and responsibilities as business volume and hotel openings require additional revenue distribution or analytics support.
Ensure consistency in commercial governance pricing approvals forecast standards and revenue meeting discipline across the Qiddiya portfolio.
