Responsibilities
The role of a Butler is of utmost importance when it comes to providing exceptional guest service. A Butler not only responds to a wide variety of guest requests, but also goes above and beyond by accurately assessing the needs and preferences of each individual guest. Their main responsibility is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by adding personal recommendations and touches.
The Butler acts as a liaison between the guests and various departments within the hotel, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. They play a crucial role in assisting these departments with any basic tasks or requirements that may arise during a guest's stay.
Whether it's arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, or organizing special events, the Butler takes on these responsibilities with ease and professionalism. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing personalized service sets them apart as an integral part of the hospitality industry.

Qualifications and Skills- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills, with excellent grooming standards.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion.
- Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
