Front Office Food & Beverage.

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests accurately and efficiently.
• Assess the needs of each guest to provide personalized recommendations and service touches.
• Exceed guest expectations by creating memorable experiences tailored to individual preferences.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written, spoken, reading).
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.
