About the RoleAs a front desk receptionist, you will respond to a wide variety of guest requests accurately and efficiently. Understanding and assessing each guest’s needs is essential to provide personalized recommendations and touches that ensure maximum satisfaction. You will not only meet guests’ expectations but exceed them by truly understanding their preferences and creating memorable experiences tailored to their needs.
Knowledge & Skills- Written, spoken, and reading proficiency in English and Arabic
- Hotel experience preferred
- Opera PMS knowledge preferred
