- At least5 years of experience in an operations management role within a five stars hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and operational tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
