Role Summary

Guest Environment Expert - Room Care in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia focuses on maintaining clean, fresh, organized, and guest‑ready hotel spaces within a luxury property. This full‑time opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on housekeeping professional who can manage room care, public area cleanliness, guest requests, housekeeping cart preparation, safety standards, and hotel presentation with consistency and pride.

Responsibilities
  • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and assigned hotel spaces according to housekeeping standards.
  • Prepare rooms by making beds, changing linen, refreshing towels, removing waste, cleaning surfaces, and arranging amenities.
  • Stock housekeeping carts with linen, guest supplies, cleaning materials, towels, and daily operational items.
  • Deliver guest requests such as bedding, towels, amenities, and room supplies in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel areas so guests experience a fresh, welcoming environment.
  • Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, missing items, maintenance issues, safety risks, and presentation concerns.
  • Report damaged items, lost property, maintenance faults, unusual room conditions, or guest‑related concerns through proper channels.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures when using cleaning products, carts, equipment, and housekeeping tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guest details, room activity, personal belongings, and internal hotel matters.
  • Uphold uniform, grooming, personal appearance, communication, and quality standards throughout each shift.
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and complete hands‑on cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  • Move and place housekeeping items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance when required.
  • Support colleagues during high occupancy, room turnover, urgent cleaning requests, and changing hotel priorities.
  • Complete reasonable duties assigned by supervisors while keeping guest comfort and hotel presentation as priorities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, room attendant work, public area cleaning, or janitorial service is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a full‑time non‑management housekeeping role within a busy luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, guest room presentation, hygiene, and small details that affect guest satisfaction.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and complete active cleaning duties during the shift.
  • Comfortable handling housekeeping items up to 50 pounds without assistance when required.
  • Professional appearance with the ability to follow grooming, uniform, safety, and hotel quality standards.
  • Respectful approach to guest privacy, confidentiality, room security, and personal belongings.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to complete assigned rooms and tasks after proper training.
  • Positive team attitude with willingness to assist rooms, public areas, guest requests, and operational needs.
  • Basic communication skills for interacting courteously with guests, supervisors, and housekeeping colleagues.
  • Flexible mindset to adjust to occupancy levels, room priorities, urgent tasks, and supervisor instructions.
