Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead all Culinary operations and drive departmental excellence
• Develop and manage the departmental team, budget and operational SOPs
• Ensure delivery of FAENA luxury service standards
• Partner with the GM and Executive Committee on hotel-wide strategy
• Manage compliance with Saudi regulations and FAENA brand standards
• Lead pre-opening setup and team development for the department
• Build cross-departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences
• Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics
• Develop and execute talent development and succession planning programs
• Represent the department in Executive Committee meetings

• Minimum 8 years in hospitality with at least 3 years at Director level in Culinary
• Pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred
• Relevant degree or professional qualification
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a significant advantage
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage

• Strong leadership and strategic management capabilities
• Deep operational expertise in the relevant field
• Financial management and budget control skills
