• Ensuring every single room is at its absolute best for guests
• Assisting guests with requests, such as missing items or directions
• Informing the supervisor of progress or any issues
• Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste
• Reuniting guests with lost or misplaced items
• Assisting with deep‑clean projects as required

• Physical fitness necessary; on feet most of the day
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) and/or moving heavy objects
• Ability to bend and kneel as needed
• Basic literacy skills – reading, writing, and basic maths
• Flexible attitude to shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
