Revenue Manager

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results‑driven Revenue Manager to lead our revenue optimization efforts across rooms, F&B, and all hotel revenue streams. • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize hotel profitability
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to optimize pricing
• Manage room inventory, rate structures, and distribution channels
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and daily/weekly/monthly revenue reporting
• Lead the hotel’s revenue meetings and provide insights to senior management
• Ensure optimal performance across OTA platforms, GDS, , and corporate channels
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams
• Monitor and enhance online presence, rate parity, and digital performance
• Identify new revenue opportunities and support long‑term commercial strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
• Hotel revenue management experience is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, CRS, and Excel
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strategic mindset with a strong commercial understanding
