The Dive master Dive Operations is responsible for supporting the safe efficient and professional delivery of daily diving operations across GALAXEA dive centres within The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. Reporting to the Dive Center Manager, the role supports guided diving activities, dive logistics, equipment preparation, vessel readiness and guest services to ensure exceptional diving experiences. The role plays an integral part in maintaining operational readiness, upholding PADI standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company requirements and contributing to the seamless day-to-day operation of the dive centre.
Key Responsibilities- Support the daily operation of the dive centre ensuring safe efficient and professional diving activities
- Assist with the planning preparation and coordination of daily dive schedules guest logistics and operational activities
- Prepare dive vessels equipment cylinders classrooms and guest facilities to ensure operational readiness
- Lead certified divers on guided dives in accordance with PADI standards company procedures and destination requirements
- Conduct guest equipment fittings dive briefings and post-dive debriefings
- Support Dive Instructors during training programmes confined water sessions and certification courses
- Inspect clean maintain and properly store diving equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Assist with cylinder filling compressor operations where qualified equipment inventory and asset management
- Ensure dive vessels are equipped with all required safety first aid oxygen communication and emergency equipment before departure
- Monitor weather sea conditions and dive site suitability escalating operational concerns to the Dive Center Manager
- Maintain accurate dive logs guest records certification documentation equipment maintenance records and operational reports
- Support the loading unloading and organisation of dive equipment while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dive centre and vessels
- Promote diving experiences PADI programmes retail products and related services to enhance guest engagement and commercial performance
- Work collaboratively with hotel operators marine teams vessel captains and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Comply with all GALAXEA RSG destination and PADI policies procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
- Apply safety quality and environmental management practices to protect guests colleagues marine ecosystems and company assets
- Support emergency response procedures participate in operational drills and complete incident reporting when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency safety performance service quality and guest satisfaction
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Dive Center Manager
- Current and valid PADI Dive master certification.
- Minimum of 200 logged dives.
- Experience working in a commercial dive centre, resort, live aboard, or similar diving operation.
- Sound knowledge of dive operations, PADI standards, and guest safety procedures.
- Experience supporting guided diving activities, dive logistics, and equipment preparation.
- Practical knowledge of dive equipment maintenance and compressor operations is an advantage.
- Valid Fit to Dive Medical Certificate.
- Current First Aid, CPR, AED, and Emergency Oxygen Provider certifications.
- Hospitality or luxury guest service experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of marine conservation and sustainable diving practices.

- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor marine environments.
- Good written and spoken English;
Arabic or an additional language is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic operational reporting systems.
