Key Responsibilities- Supervise the daily operations of the bar.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, order beverages and supplies, and control inventory to minimize waste.
- Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area.
- Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
